Executive Coaching

In working with clients, we take a systems approach as many referrals for coaching often involve a lack of alignment or clarity around strategy, structure, expectations, roles and responsibilities, miscommunication, style conflicts and/or career issues. Leadership challenges do not occur in a vacuum. Leadership development & diversity strategy

Green Resource Group is not a diversity company. We do, however, consult with organizations around diversity strategy and the development and retention of women and minorities based on the experiences of our consultants in reaching significant positions of leadership in Fortune 500 companies.
