Barbara Neisendorf
Barbara Neisendorf has distinguished herself with innovation and accomplishment in cutting-edge global corporations in all facets of leadership and organization development. As a principal in the Green Resource Group, Barbara specializes in supporting Boards in their development to increase effectiveness in their governance role. She has consulted with numerous companies to develop and focus succession management efforts so that the right people are placed in key positions, driving corporate performance.
In her corporate and consulting experience, Barbara has partnered with executive management to identify corporate values, vision and culture that supports business strategy and reinforces the brand; integrated these into a comprehensive leadership platform; designed a successful change management initiative to support business improvements; developed an integrated succession and talent management strategy with a supporting Leadership Development program.
Before her affiliation with Green Resource group, Barbara served as Vice President of Worldwide Learning and Development for two global companies - Levi Strauss & Co. and MasterCard International. She also held senior leadership positions with Accenture and Nestlé, USA.
Barbara is a frequent speaker on strategic human resources issues with a focus on corporate governance and succession management. She conducts extensive research with Boards of Directors and CEOs to identify what they need beyond compliance requirements to assure ethical and responsible leadership. Her research findings have been published by The Conference Board and several other professional journals.
Barbara holds a MS degree in Education Administration from Northern Illinois University and a BS degree in Special Education from Northern Illinois University. She is a former member of the National Alliance of Business - Business Policy Committee and the Institute for Management Studies - Advisory Board. She is a member of the Bay Area Executive Development Network and serves on her local school board.
