Company History

The Green Resource Group was founded by Cheryl L. Green who was motivated by a desire to have a small cadre of business-minded organization development (OD) professionals who, with complementary skill sets, could provide high quality services to clients. At the core, the firm of professionals would be committed to ethical practices, their own continuous growth and development, and modeling the behavior and principles they espouse for their clients in creating and maintaining efficient and effective organizations.

Our Capability

We are a team of highly-skilled and experienced human resources, leadership, and organization development strategists and specialists, who are committed to understanding and meeting client needs. Having in-depth experience in a broad spectrum of industries including telecommunications, professional services, manufacturing, hospitality, financial services, government, and defense, we provide a wide range of perspectives and best practices.

Our work is always customer-focused and reflective of best practices in the field. Our organizational designs, products and process recommendations and solutions are strategy driven which supports the truest form of partnership between HR and the line operations. Services include strategic alignment in executive teams, leadership/management assessment and development, organization effectiveness, talent management processes, executive coaching and advisory services, and general facilitation of strategic meetings. Client work focuses on initiatives at the individual, group, and organizational levels. The diversity of our collective experiences enables us to integrate components from a variety of perspectives, while ensuring a customized final product aligned with the culture and industry of our client.

We are easy to work with and enjoy the involvement in the design, development and especially the implementation of our joint efforts with our internal partners to ensure a successful outcome in the improvement of individual or business performance. As experienced external consultants who bring a broad base of methodologies and experience, we believe that internal/external partnership is critical to ensure that the final product(s) and methodologies are closely aligned with the client's culture and the business impact and results are sustainable.
