Company History The Green Resource Group was founded by Cheryl L. Green who was motivated by a desire to have a small cadre of business-minded organization development (OD) professionals who, with complementary skill sets, could provide high quality services to clients. At the core, the firm of professionals would be committed to ethical practices, their own continuous growth and development, and modeling the behavior and principles they espouse for their clients in creating and maintaining efficient and effective organizations. Having in-depth experience in a broad spectrum of industries including telecommunications, professional services, manufacturing, hospitality, financial services, government, and defense, we provide a wide range of perspectives and best practices. Our organizational designs, products and process recommendations and solutions are strategy driven which supports the truest form of partnership between HR and the line operations.
